STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer worldwide international shipping. We use the priority mail service for all orders or courier services for some of the European countries. Please note that your order should be received against signature.

All shipments have tracking numbers, which can be used to check the package's status. 

It usually takes a 1-5 days (depends on the order and the availability)  to process new orders and prepare them for shipping. The delivery time depends on your region and may vary a little, but based on our experience so far it's somewhere along the lines of:

• Europe: 4-8 business days - most of the shipments and dispatched via Speedy - DPD
• North America: 10-20 business days - most of the shipments are dispatched via Swiss Post or Post NL and delivered by local Postal Services. For the US it is USPS and once the parcels are custom cleared, you can track the package on www.usps.com
• Everywhere else: 10-30 business days - most of the shipments are dispatched via Swiss Post or Post NL and delivered by local Postal Services. 
• Orders from the warehouses in US and Australia  - up to 5 working days. 

If you are not home at the time of delivery your package is usually directed to the nearest post office, which in turn will leave you a notice (at your address), explaining how and when to pick up your package. Note that if a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender (which is us).

 For most of the postal and courier services, there is an option to schedule a new delivery. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

In addition to our standard shipping, we offer expedited courier shipping with guaranteed on-time delivery for the following destinations via DHL:

• Europe - 1-2 business days
• USA, Canada, Russia: 2-3 business days
• Greece, Romania, North Macedonia: 2-4 business days
• Rest of the world: 2-5 business days. Please note that for Australia and New Zealand it could take 7 working days for remote areas. 

For large orders, we calculate a specific price according to the quantity shipped.
